The schedule opens on the 25th of every month at 10:00 am PST for the following month. If no days are showing on the calendar, then that means the month is fully booked.

Scheduling
Booking Policy
- A $60 non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointment.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- The deposit will be applied towards the final service total.
- Remaining balance must be paid in cash or Zelle.
- Refunds will only be given if I am unable to service you for scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- If you cannot keep appointment, please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
- No-call/no-show appointments will require payment in full before booking future appointments.
Late Policy
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
- Arrivals over 20 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and loss of deposit.
- If accommodation is possible, a late fee may be added.
Guests
Additional Guests
Guests are not permitted. Only client scheduled for appointment is allowed.
Hair Policy
(Please Read Carefully)
Hair Prep
- Please come to appointment with your washed and detangled or blow-dried.
- Please do not put an excessive amount of products or grease in hair.
- Hair must be 4 inches all around to be braided.
- No cut or blunt ends.
Hair Extension Policy
- Hair provided by the client must be new and unopened.
- If incorrect hair is provided, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
- Mane & Beauty is not responsible for the quality of hair purchased elsewhere.
Health & Safety Policy
Services will not be performed if:
- There are signs of lice.
- Open wounds or scalp infections are present.
- Any condition that may compromise health and safety is observed.
Clients may be asked to seek medical treatment before rescheduling.
Photography & Social Media Policy
Photos and videos may be taken to showcase work on social media and marketing materials.
Please notify your stylist before your appointment if you prefer not to be photographed.
